Decided to make a reference of the ghostie that I made on PFQ/Microsoft Paint =w=

He is a traveling merchant. Sometimes a scammer. Don't ask how he carries his trinkets and merchandise, it comes out of a portal of something? Its just... not explainable.
He tends to smile in a very creepy way when not talking. (He does move his mouth when he's talking.)
Cheshire's eyes changes size depending on what he's feeling like a cat.
He gets offended when you call him "Egg".
Cheshire has other siblings, Queen (of Hearts) and (Mad) Hatter. Queen is a female Haunter and Hatter is a male Gengar.
He's a powerful Gastly, don't try to fight him.
His 2 siblings and himself all know Hypnosis.

About the whole moves thing, I think that realistically moves that a Pokémon could use regardless (Leer, Growl, Tackle...) wouldn't be counted as combat moves, and moves that are specific to Pokemon (Jirachi and Wish, any fire type and Ember...).
